Hey everyone. New to forums so bare with me. what's the easiest way to replace hinge pins on my 1995 F150?

open the door all the way use a block of wood and a jack to hold the door up remove old pin insert new

Thanks for the help. I was able to finish the job in about 30 minutes with a little help from my son.
