Thats perrect tho guy, if yer 250 is wrecked an yer 150 is in good shape I'd say that would be the easier solution rather than swapping motors. Of course it still wouldnt be a walk in the park but swapping motors wont be either. Hell thinkin bout it it'll prob be a headache either way lol.

Naw Stryc...the wiring for the diesel is pretty different than the gassers, as far as the engine itself goes. The guage wiring, charging, starting wiring should be the same...other than having two batteries. If its the 7.3 IDI, it wouldnt be hard to get it wired up, just a few connections to the pump and your glow plugs. Itd be easy enough to get all yer glow plugs wired up in series with a solenoid and just a button in the cab to fire them for awhile before you crank it.

Oh shiest my bad guy, I didnt read your whole thread...yeah ploppin a good body down on a ****e frame wouldnt really work all that great.
