Did clearing codes fix my problem?
95 300ci manual shift, single gas tank. One owner......ME
I had a cold start idle issue w/o any CEL. Ran fine after that. The codes showed Lean/rich and coolant temp issues.
I changed plugs, (since mine were original and 89k miles) New O2 sensor and clean Coolant temp sensor connector. Did not replace since it ohmed OK. Also, changed IAC, just cause.
Problem continued for a day, read about clearing codes here, did and problem went away.
So, could clearing codes fix it or do I have a vacuum problem soon to return?

Welcome to the forum! I guess that the cause was in your coolant temp. sensor connector, so I think now everything will be fine. Re-read codes after several days of driving to make sure though
