Default Death wabble

I have been trying to figure out what is causing my truck to shake at30 - 50 mph. What I have researched is what I have is commonly known as death wabble. I have inspected my tires and found that the front drivers side tire is very bald on the outside and there is a bu bble in the middle of the most bald area. Could this cause my truck to wabble badly at those speads or is it just wishful thi nking that my problem could be solved that easily?

Yep if you have wonky looking tire wear, your alignment was probly off a little and then the wobbles just get worse and worse. You need a new set of tires in the front and an alignment.

Happened to me on my ranger last year, the insides tread was gone on a set of tires that still had ~10k miles left on them. New tires, alignment and made sure they were properly balanced: problem solved.

Your tire is separated! Take it off before it comes apart on the road. If it's on the front you will feel your steering wheel shake. If you feel your seat shake, your problem is in the rear.

X2 that tire is going to blow violently at any time. It could cause major damage or an accident. Replace it before you drive again.

I just this again and I missed that you said it was in the front, even more dangerous because when it explodes and send you every which direction, your steering will be off and no corrections can be made. If you want to see something funny go to discount tire and ask them to rotate your tires.

When I was working at a body shop down south, we had customer come in with a VW Cabriolet with a wobble at 30mph. She had an alignment done a week ago but the wobble got worse, took the front tires off and hadn't even looked at them yet, bounced it on the floor and BANG!! 3 bulges on the back of the drivers tire.

On a plus side the boss just about sh*t his pants when he heard it blow

It is definately the tire. I am buying a new one tomorrow, For now I switched it with a rear tire and the wobble completely stopped. I only feel a slight one now when am braking coming now from the rear where I switched the bad tire too. Thank you for all the info.
