Default Dash pull

I have a small crack in the plush layer of dash on my truck. I would like to pull one from a junker, but I don't know how to remove it. Anyone know?

I literally just pulled my dash apart. Be carefull not to break anything and remember where stuff goes. Oh and there are like 4 bolts you'll need to take the black heater routing off to get at

Thanks for the reply, but I don't even know where to start to get this piece off. I want to remove the shroud around the radio. It is the long piece that goes from the cluster to the passenger side door.

First off. Get your radio out. This can be done inserting butter knives on left and right side of radio the it should slide out. Next take out glove box. Then you should be able to see the nuts on the back of the beauty piece. I think they're 10 mm
