i've replaced the pump, tank, etc., but a wiring fault keeps taking it back out of action after a couple of weeks of function. As part of the resto process, I will fix it once and for all when I have the bed off again. The list was written as things popped into my head, not as I decided to do them- i hope to do all of those things before driving the truck again.

By door pins do you mean the door locks? I swapped my door pins in about 5 minutes with some walnut and stainless ones of a 71' Chevy C10

I'm switching my review mirror with one from a van conversion. It has some nice reading lamps. All I need to do is tap the dome lamp wire when I redo the roof liner and hey finally enough light in my supercab.

Think I could apply this same Idea to a rearview mirror with a thermometer? Obviously I'd need to mount the sensor somewhere, but yeah.
Wow....I just might do that! Thanks for your post and my ADD mind!

Find a set of doors with power window an locks with all of the wiring harness. That way I can return the truck to its true form. Since the previous owner decided that the truck didn't need the power doors any more. If any one in Kentucky has a set of doors for a 87-91 I'm all ears.

Nope, I mean the hinge pins and bushings. The rear doors on the crew cab sag badly and bump the frame when they close (causing rust issues by scraping off the paint). My passenger side front sags a bit, so I'll probably do all 4 when I get around to doing them.

Damn looks like i have something else to add to my list... Got a bad diode when i put it on the tester today. Going to try my luck and find a new one for a 130amp alt. Don't have the cash to get a new (or used ) alt till after the holidays.

I saw somewhere (I think full size bronco forum), there's a guy that sells 200 amp rectifiers for 3g alternators, it was like $75
