Crackling from front end

Whenever i turn left of right or brake my truck makes a crackling noise coming from the front. Anybody know what is it?

Could just be some clicks from the steering, I know my front end makes a similar noise when I turn at slow speeds.

Maybe if I grease my entire truck it'll fix the whole problem lol
