Default crack but doesn't start

I have a 1996 Ford F150 XLT 5.0l 4x2. The problem i have it will crack but wont start. After a few tries it will start. I already have replace the following items in this order, Fuel Filter, starter, alternator, battery, ignition coil, ignition control module and lastly fuel pump cut off switch. To me it seems not getting fuel because lately I have been priming it couple of times and it been working. Fuel pump has been replace about two years ago. All the parts i replace has been less time setting there trying to start the truck. I talk to the dealer and what they told me to check the voltage on the fuel system. Any ideas you might come up, please let me know.

Thanks,
Robert

Need to test for fuel pressure and need to test for spark to determine if it is an electrical or fuel problem. Fuel pressure can only be tested with a gauge. Need to purchase one or rent one from your local auto shop that loans out tools.

When i drop it off at auto shop, He tested one of the tank pressure and it pass. It doesn't madder what tank you use, it still does the same problem. What I'm thinking it has to be a electrical problem or the Fuel injectors are clogged.
