Default Could this be a problem?

My heat had gone to the defrost default, only air coming out while in the defrost position. After a few Google searches I determined it was a vac leak, and I was about to start testing all the connections when I saw this:

Sure enough, when I turned it to vent the the vac line started sucking. I must have snapped it when I was doing my ignition.

Off to advance!

Yes if all of your vents go into defrost then you have quite a large leak. Defrost setting has no vacuum on any of the actuators, just like if you blew the resistor pack for the blower and you only have the HI setting.
