SO I hooked up a obd1 code reader 3 codes showed up one saying closed throttle voltage higher than expected anouther saying throttle position sensor below minimum voltage and a separate code insufficient egr flow detected. Can anyone tell me what that might mean ?

 

i would say a new tps. and check the vacum lines to the egr valve. if they're good maybe take off the egr and clean it real good.
