Default Coolant leak

I have a 1995 F150 351W with a coolant leak coming from the heater hose pipe where the coolant temp sensor connects too. I was wondering if anyone knew the correct term for it so I can find the dang part and how to install it(is there any O-rings from the giant swivel nut to the housing or is it one unit).

Heres a pic I found on the web similar to mine------- http://i45.tinypic.com/vn2jom.jpg

This isn't a pic of mine but similar to mine. Where the coolant isleaking out there is a nub that has a rubber hose attached to it which leads tothe throttle body looks like.
