Default Coolant flowing profusely into radiator cap!

94 f150 5.0 with AC 4x4

My old coolant line that ran between radiator cap and throttle body was rusted out so I replaced it with coolant hose now coolant is running into the top of the radiator neck like crazy is this normal?

it did not do this before? See pic below. I also just replaced my fan clutch

Yes, that's what's supposed to happen. The old one was probably plugged solid with rust & sediment.

WOW all this time, glad i decided to replaced and yes looking down in the tube looked like tan clay or rust build up.
