Default Cold Starting

So I’ve got a 94 obs 351W that will start 50% of the time. It only started doing this since it’s been colder out, otherwise has started up just fine. Anyways, it’ll take like 20 seconds of cranking to get it started. Other times it’ll take 10. I just replaced my idle air control valve last evening hoping that would be the fix. Also replaced my battery, plugs, and my leads for routine maintenance. Ran a fuel injection pressure test and hit 35psi on the first prime with the ignition key. reprimed it again and got 42. I also tried turning the key on and off multiple times to see if i just needed more fuel but that didn’t help. Maybe my IAC valve replacement fixed it and my ECU just needs to relearn starting with a proper working IAC?? My old one i pulled out looked stuck closed. The pic attached has both the new IAC valve (left) and the old one (right). Any help is appreciated.

Figure replacing the battery should've taken longer than the 15-20 minutes suggested to reset computer learnings.

Consider during no-start situations to jump out and verify whether a no-spark or no-fuel condition - pull a plug wire to check for spark or pull a plug to check for wetness....???

so I have spark and I have fuel…the spark is blue as well so it’s a good spark
