If it had been 111 twice would it not have been 111 then 432 back to 111? Because like I said it did six individual flashes at the very beginning then did 432 twice in a row

No that means system pass for koeo. And that you have cm codes

What Sean is telling you is that the pcm is saying everything passes except the driver. You need to hit the overdrive switch the break pedal, the accelerator, and turn the wheel.
