Engine is trying to correct rich for overly lean system, in this case on bank 1 side or cylinders 1,3,5,7 because the sensor is reading lean. This maybe caused by a faulty HO2 sensor or you may have contaminated injectors, air or exhaust leaks. If you only have that code something on that side is going wrong.
