332= Insufficient EGR flow detected
You probably got a KOEO result and a stored memory code result with the same code.

Codes are always repeated 2x in each category.

You can download a manual with codes from my web site below.
It's a manual for a code reader but has a good code table including truck related codes that many on-line lists don't have.

EGR = Exhaust Gas Recirculation. It takes exhaust gasses out of the exhaust manifold and routes them to the intake manifold. Its overall purpose is to lower emmissions and reduce the combustion temperatures.

Interesting so dose it take it out and then put it back into the combustion chamber so it can re burn it?

It will reburn any unburned fuel, however as stated the main purpose is to reduce the temperature in the combustion chamber. This reduces detonation so you have a more complete burn. Better burn gives you more power and lower emissions. It also helps increase flow rate at intake to bring in more fresh air more quickly.
