CEL is coming on after about 1/2 mile of driving and stays on. It will sit at idle at first start and no light. I give it throttle under the hood and can see the valve move. I've cleaned the valve and vacuum line that supplies it. What else could it be?

Ahhh yes, the trusty can. Well, I noticed it was getting a little punky near the bottom. A couple weeks ago I mummified it with duct tape.LOL. I planned on replacing it but cannot find a decent one around. Can't find a replacement online either. Has anyone found a new one?
