Default Code 212

I picked up my 95 F150 a few months ago, and it has always had an occasional engine "shut down" while driving, its like a switch gets flipped on then right back off. I will loose complete power to the engine for a second, then kicks back on, it is rare, maybe once a week. I have the 5.0, so i replaced plugs, wires, cap, rotor, tps, iac, icm, finally bought a code reader and I get code 212, in the book that comes with the reader the definition is as follows....."Loss of ignition diagnostic monitor signal/SPOUT circuit grounded".....so I look up SPOUT in the code reader book and it states this......"SPOUT- Spark output signal from EEC-IV processor to TFI-IV module, used to control amount of timing retard"

Where would I go from here guys? New computer?

Jeff
