??? Code 126???
If it's not one thing it's another! I thought I just might be smooth sailing for a while. I drive a a few miles around the city and all seems ok. I take a 30 mile trip and the CEL comes on. Hours later on my way back home it's definitely not running right. It would die as soon as put in gear. I gave just enough gas to keep it from dieing and I made it back home. In the last few miles it it was jerking just a bit. I thought something with the tranny. So I check codes. With an actual reader to make sure I wasn't missing something.
I had two codes. O-126 and c-126 and 634. What will cause the MAP to show above and or below normal?

Maybe a year. I know that it. Could be bad. I am just curious if anything else could make it appear that way. IAC and TPS are original. I haven't started testing anything yet. I just want to go about it logically.

According to test performed in accordance with http://troubleshootmyvehicle.com/for...e-map-sensor-2
My MAP sensor is bad. I felt as though I had replaced one within the last year or two. Must have been on my van.
This one on truck has the 5volts present it has the ground, however when checking return it is not giving the desired frequency since we are measuring inHZ.
