Clutch problem? Not sure...

Clutch issue going into 1st gear
If you look under the dash and push your clutch pedal you will see that you have a worn bushing or brake pedal frame worn out, if you order a new pedal assembly or go on YouTube to Ford pickup clutch pedal bushing repair you will find the solution to your problem. It is allowing to much flex and movement to allow your clutch to be fully engaged. This will solve your issues.

Have you ever checked on the firewall of your truck to see if there is any gaps coming from your master cylinder and the firewall plate? I had the same issue and thought it was the clutch. Replaced the whole entire clutch, master cylinder, slave cylinder, line, and everything else that involes the clutch, until a fresh pair of eyes said hey you're coming apart from ur plate! FIXED EVERYTHING! Hope this helps.
