Default Clutch Issue?

Hi, I have a 1993 f150 5-speed manual with 4.9L 145hp and I believe I have a clutch problem. I am only able to move about 2 inches forward or backward before it feels as if the truck doesn't have the power to move any more. This is what I know currently: The clutch pedal feels normal and does not feel squishy. I have checked the clutch fluid and it is full. There is no fluid on the ground that has leaked out. and it is not the emergency brake. I can move a maximum of 2 inches either forward or backward when in 4 wheel low. Nothing else has enough power to get me to move. It almost feels as if the clutch isn't engaging at all, yet I can move a little bit. There is no strange noises either. I was thinking it might be the slave cylinder but I am not sure. I was going to see if I could shift into gear without gas and if it would stall but the battery is dead. I think that last time that I started it and tried to move it wouldn't stall if I put it in 1st without giving it any gas.
Any advice on what to check for, or what the issue could be would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance
