Do you mean the clutch/tranny pilot bearing or something else?
For the pilot - one trick I've heard of but never tried is to thread a pipe nipple into it until it's tight. Then put a grease 'zerk' fitting onto the nipple with suitable pipe coupling. Force grease with a grease gun into it - the resulting pressure, assuming the leakage isn't too bad, should force the bearing out.
Guess it would work better on vehicles with bushings rather than bearings - but may be something to consider if all else fails.
Suppose, if nothing else works, take it to a machine shop and have them drill it out - as long as they don't widen the original hole.

They make a special puller that goes on the end of a slide hammer,or as a last resort, you can split the pilot bearing with a chisel,I have also used a solid steel bar that just will slide in the opening of the pilot bearing, fill the hole with grease or very wet paper slide bar in and hit it with a hammer, the hydraulic pressure will push the pilot bearing out. I have done this a couple of times when the bearing brakes on the inside shoulder and the puller wont work, sounds crazy but it will work.
