HUBCAPS! I took my hubs apart yesterday and everything looked just fine. Put it all back together and go for a test drive around the block and the click is gone! Curious right? Well it ends up that it was my stock hubcaps! I tried switching them and fiddling with them but the sound wont go away unless I take off the hubcap. I guess maybe theres a little flex in that wheel or something, but sure enough its the spring tabs in on the back of the hub cap making a loud clicking/grinding noise with each rev of the wheel.
