I just bought a 1988 F-150 with the Inline 6. The front Driveshaft is being Rebuilt as we speak. The Front Passanger Hub is Clicking. Is it ok to drive the truck for bout a week till I get the Driveshaft and the Hub comes in?

 

I'd say it's fine. Just make sure you pull that hub out soon and repack with grease and possibly replace the locker. Check the u joints in the front axle.
