Default "choking" 5.0l

So my 95 302 is having some issues today. I usually put regular gas in my tank, but I got paid last Friday and got some extra bucks so I threw mid in. Didn't think anything would happen. Well today I was driving and as I accelerated from the stop light it felt like I had no first gear. Until about 25 mph then I got moving with traffic. So I took it home and let it idle and the truck would start normal then sputter and act like it's" choking" I'm hoping it's just a batch of bad gas and will just run its course. Any help with be appreciated

Never use the middle octane. No one uses it so it sits in the under ground tank and gets old. Regular or premium is what you want to use. Put a bottle of red heat in it and see if it helps. Heet helps with water in the tank and the red bottle has injector cleaner in it.
