I noticed that my choke plate doesn't seem to be closing. I think it is electric since a wire is connected to the side of it, but I am only guessing. I cannot close it manually and I noticed that there seems to be a blue plastic part attached to the choke that is restricting the movement of the linkage. I assume that I need to replace the choke, but I was looking for any advice or tips since I have no idea what I'm doing and I can't seem to get at the screws that appear to be attaching the choke to the carb. Any ideas?
