Changed Alteranator, Battery light still on?
Guys,
Had an alternator go out on my 94 f150 this morning. I changed it out and all tested well after. I still have a battery light on and I did disconnect the battery for 15 minutes. Is there a reset on the computer that is needed? Anyone seen this before?

I wondered that question myself i just got done putting a new one, excited i start the truck and it comes to life, battery light on i realize i forgot to hook the cables back to the alternator!!! lol
