run codes.
there is also an inertia switch, ment to cut the fuel in case of an accident. its fairly sensitive and can be popped even by potholes. in my 92 it is located in the passenger side kick panel, little red button facing up. check to see if its tripped

Could be a fuel pump relay? Not sure on these trucks, but I've replaced MANY on my own previous vehicles. Usually the first thing to go for me.
And it's never a bad idea to replace a fuel filter with any fuel problems presesnt. It's a $5 part that takes mere minutes to change and can be one less problem to test/worry about further down the road

Pull off your intake tubes and spray some starter fluid, carb cleaner or brake clean into the throttle body and have someone crank it. If it fires, you have a fuel delivery problem. If it still doesn't fire, pull a plug and leave it attached to the plug wire and lay it on something grounded and have someone fire. Check for spark.

How do you know it's not getting fuel? Have you put a pressure gauge on the fuel rail? Have you sprayed starter fluid into the throttle body? Do you hear the fuel pump run for a couple seconds when you first turn the key to run? If you hear it then I'm pretty sure the inertia switch is not tripped. I've heard talk of a fuel pump relay under the hood that is susceptible to going out.
