Cab Mounts bad?
Hi,
I have a scenario with my 94 f150 where if I go over a sharp bump like a pothole, the entire truck shakes side to side for about 4-5 seconds. The feeling is like there are people on each side rocking it back and forth and it rocks quickly so to speak. When it happens, I normally brake and I do not feel any issues with braking (which makes me think it's not the shocks / struts).
I just had new motor mounts installed along with a new transmission and clutch.
Could this be the cab mounts? If they go bad, would it create such a springy side to side rocking motion like I'm experiencing?
