Default A/C charge

I bought a 1995 5.0 a few months ago and I'm working on the a/c. I added a can of r134 and found a leaking o ring. I replaced all the o-rings and the accumulator. I'm going to take it in to get it vacuumed and recharged when I get the system to hold pressure. Do I need to add any oil to the compressor? I don't know how long it was sitting without pressure.

If you are taking it in to get vacuumed and recharged, they should take care of everything.

Make sure they follow the spec in this CAPTION (not what the label shows):

(phone app link)

Someone (you or they) should also mark it on the truck in permanent paint-pen.
