hello, so i skidded on some black ice hit the crsh barrier luckily my bumpers took the hit not the panels so just a trashed bumper front and back. was looking for new ones think i will go the he wreckers but was wondering if anyone knew what the bumper filler is i have looked online and it shows them they are quite cheap but dont know what they are or if i need them. any advice would be appreciated thanks
