Default Build help

Hi I’ve read a lot of these post and have a lot of questions. I have a 93 F-150 with a 5.0. I pulled the motor out to do some mods but nothing crazy. I’m confused on the whole sd and mass air thing. But this is what I need help with. I’m putting stock gt-40 head, headers, 2.5 pipes all the way back with no cats just flowmaster of some sort. What cam can I use that’s compatible and will the stock rr on the gt-40 heads be ok or do I need to look at 1.7s? ( it will be my daily driver. I will also haul a car trailer with a car on it every now and then.) or any advice will be greatly appreciated. By the way it’s 2 wheel dive 5 speed

This thread should give you all the info you need - your truck is speed density, as were all manual V8 F150's of that era - so keep that in mind when reading:

I'll also tag @qdeezie and @sdmartin65 since they will probably have the best answers for you.
