Default Bogging under load

Hey guys I have a 94 f150 ext cab 2wd with the 5.0.my problem is the truck starts and runs good but when I get on the road and give it gas sometimes it bogs down.it won’t turn off but will bog but if I lift or floor it it will slowly rev up and then like click back to normal,or if I pump the throttle it will run good again I’m still new to these trucks hopefully it’s something little

First, and easiest thing to do with that is attempt to pull codes, if you get a code "111", then check fuel pressure and timing, as a start. And let us know what you find with that.

Ok will do,I went out yesterday and bought plugs,wires,air filter,fuel filter,and oil and filter and it runs way better now the previous owners dident take care if the truck.also there is no fault lights on the dash so I hope I fixed the problem with the tune up I’m waiting on my new tires to come in for me to be able to take it for a ride I will let you guys know thank you

You didn't tune anything - that's a carburetor term. EFIs re-tune themselves ~200x per second. You replaced some parts, which is NOT the same as diagnosis or repair. You need to follow the maintenance schedule, and catch up anything that's overdue. Read these pages:
