Blend Door Cable Adjustement?
Hi, all.
Heater core works, lines running in and out are hot.
Took glove box out, cleaned up everything.
Confirmed climate control cable is adjusting the blend door, can see cable move.
Heat is not super hot. Can this be adjusted? If so, how?
Thank you & God bless.

Yes, it can be adjusted. How depends on WHAT YEAR the truck is. They're not all the same. Put ALL your truck's details into your signature as this page explains, so you don't have to remember to re-post it every time and we don't have to dig back through your posts looking for it:

You didn't ask about adjusting the cable - you asked about adjusting the heat (which you said is not super-hot). That page & those that follow describe correcting a lack of heat in the cab - exactly what you asked for.
Went through your signature - nothing about the truck's history, damage, repairs, maintenance, miles, modifications, options, or anything else that might help identify why it's exhibiting this problem.

The cable IS the adjustment - there is no adjustment for the adjustment on '92-up trucks because it's not needed. If the air coming out of the registers is not hot enough, there's a problem that needs to be fixed. Either not enough coolant flow through the heater core (how long since you backflushed it?) or not enough airflow through its fins (how much lint is built up on the evaporator fins, and is the blower motor spinning at full speed?). The only other possibility is that the temperature blend door is not moving through its whole range of motion (**** slipping on its shaft; shaft gear not timed correctly to cable gear; debris in the ductwork fouling the door; door broken away from its pivot axle). Remove the heater core cover (8mm screws forward of the glove box) and look at the door while turning the **** slowly from full-hot to full-cold.

Replace parts ONLY if they 1) fail a published test, or 2) are due on the maintenance schedule.
Additionally...
Heater cores for these trucks are notoriously hard-to-find. Many people who need replacements end up scouring their local JYs. So you might want to start doing that NOW, before you need parts that you won't be able to find later, when you really need them. I have a 40' shipping container, a 12x16' plastic shed, and the upstairs of my shop loaded with parts, but I have 6 of these trucks to maintain.
