95 f150 reg cab 4wd 4.9 I6
Spacers or springs? Do I need new shocks with either? What size tires can I clear with both?

Hey I have a 96' F150. Springs alone costed me $215.00, and since I did that I put 4 new shocks all the way around it $50.00 each. I bought 2" taller coils for my truck and it leveled it right up. I have 33x12.50x15 herculies trail digger M/T's all the way around and they do not bun at all. and never once bottomed it out. I thin you could get away with 35" tires if you had off set rims on a 4x4. Mine looks mean with 33's and the gearing is'nt to bad ethier.

I just did mine last week. I have 33x 12.5 I just ordered leveling blocks online. Amazon.. took about 2 hrs start to finish. Just get a spring compressor for free from autozone . In bolt shocks. In bolt bottom of spring , compress spring .. slide space in and rehook it all up. Then get an alignment.. spaces 100k bucks. And I have lifetime alignment from tires plus so mine was free.

I bought all my parts from NAPA. All my shocks were the 2nd best ones, i didnt want gas shocks. But you can make a 2 inch lift your self buddy. I made mine out of 2" flat steel for my 1966 f100 ( same "twin I Beam" suspension ) take a torch and cut two 3.5" circles out the steel. then cut two 3/4 inch holes in center of them. there yah go a 2" LIFT. take your springs out and put on "bottom" of spring and your done! easy and free if you got a barn full of steel
