Default Bent frame

The other day I flipped my 1996 f150 on to the driver side and I wanted to know what the odds are of the frame being bent... I was only doing about 30 mph... at this point if the frame isn't bent I wanna fix it... what is the best way to tell if frame is bent.

To me it looks like only axle and body is what it needs

Short of a frame shop, find some one with the same model group (using same size frame) and measure across in several points, inspect all cross members for cracks. If it all checks out your good to go. IMHO That said just a roll onto the side should not bend the frame, not to say it could not happen.

What did you catch your tire on? If that was ripped hard enough it could possibly bend your frame in a few different spots. Like said above, take it to a frame shop and/or measure.

Brutal.. with how mangled that beam looks you could have bent the frame, but the best way to know is comparable it to the frame if the exact same model, cab, etc..

Id be really, really surprised if you bent the frame doing that. Just can't see it happening.
If you want to measure to be sure, use 2 spots front and back on either side. Measure crossways in an X. If both legs of the x are the same, it's good.
But really, that's not the kind of accident that causes frame damage. Might want to change your fluids.
