Gonna try to install my balljoints when i get the free time. Any pointers or tips pics would be appreciated.

I think this is the best video IMO It's almost a step by step. It's not an easy task that's for sure.

2wd or 4wd?

they are easy as heck to do... 4wd just takes time pulling all the axle crap

Pb blaster will be your best friend. I would start soaking everything now. Other than that its a fairly simple just a little time consuming.

be sure to rent the ball joint removal tool if you dont have one. harbor freight sells em for about $80. that and pack your wheel bearings while youre in there is my two cents for ya.

X2 on that,,, ,makes installing them some much easier. Taking them out juts whack with BFH since you are replacing them.
