Default Bad Grind/Clunk in Transfer Case/Transmission

Hey guys. I'm trying to resolve an issue with my 4wd. When the truck is in 4 low, and I turn sharply, (thus putting the driveline into a bind), this causes either the transmission or the transfer case to make a terrible clunking/grinding. I can feel the truck bind up when the noise comes in, like something terrible is happening . When the truck is in 4 High, no problems. No noises whatsoever. The whole reason I'm bringing this up, is that I JUST swapped in another transfer case from my bud's parts bronco, and I have a really hard time believing that both these transfer cases are having the same exact problem.

Here's a video I made today while in 4 Low. Speed is around 5-15 mph.

All help is appreciated. Thanks guys.

I think the linkage may not be engaging 4 low all the way. I'm gonna check tomorrow
