wait... are those stock aluminum wheels? or are they steel chrome modular wheels?
if they are steel wheels nothing you can do about the pitting or rust, besides pay more than they are worth for re-chroming, or you can just paint them.

They are stock aluminum from a 92 bronco but after taking the protective coating off it almost looks like chrome.

If the protective coating is gone, that's the hard part of keeping the stocks nice! Just polish and go. If they were 15x10 I'd trade you my black painted aluminums that look like stock and we both win lol
