if the trans is good and taken care of probably help a little...

it mainly removes Overlap in the shift so the shift feel firmer and crisper...

on the downside if you install a kit like this in an old tired tranny thats never really been serviced well it wont live long at all....it will usually die within a few hundred miles of installation
