I have a question about the valve body in 4r70w's.. Is the newer 4r70w's valve body any better than the older ones,, like say from the years 2000 & up? I see people selling them as an upgrade for older 4r70w's and was just wondering.

yes they are. But not all are compatible, you cant use one from an application in which an EEC-V would be used, but rather and EEC-IV.
