I have a set for my mustang that is the same, but a different manufacturer, but installation would be the same. F150 gauges are easy to take apart, but in the end I think these would be a bit harder to install than in the mustang. The real problem is that since they are actually just overlays, you have to glue them down. The part that makes it easier in the mustang is there is black trim that holds them down, the truck won't have this trim. Its not hard really, its just annoying, and if you do it wrong you have to redo it (needles stick if you do it wrong). I did the install in the mustang and had to redo it once because my speedo was sticking. Advantage is they are cheap. I'd say go for it, I'd like to see how they look in the truck. They really look good in my car
