Default Amp and door speaker.

Some one told me today that you can hook up an amp to your door speakers and it makes them a whole lot louder. My only question is how would it? Hook the amp? to the door speakers or the radio?

In a simple set up the Speakers to the amp ----> RCA cables from the amp to the back of the deck

Point What's the RCA and deck? Deck is in the radio right?

Correct...I am not an audio guru either. I would ask a mod to move this thread to the audio section for you..thats where the audio guys will be for u

Deck = radio
RCA = RCA connector, sometimes called a phono connector or cinch connector, is a type of electrical connector commonly used to carry audio and video signals.

Usually it's RED and White when seen on the rear of the deck or radio
