alternator

my volt gauge was jumping when i stopped it would drop i got the alternator tested and it was bad so i got a new one it is still doing the same thing what else is wrong

Check all your connections, battery, and if you have a solenoid on the inside the engine compartment by the right fender also check it. My 93 F150 was doing something similar to yours.
