what is the interchange on alternators that will work on my truck? its 1990 F250 w/ 351. just wondering what other trucks had the same alternator- 302's?

Ok got another alternator, i was trying to solve a chirping noise from the front of the engine, but its still there. Ideas?

Try to pack bearings on idle and tensioner.
