I got a 1987 Ford F150 XLT 4x4 Lariat I spun it a few weeks ago and ****ed up the front right toe angle. Also don't have a front sway bar. What's the 101? my buddy told me there's a way of doing it with a tape measure. My Chilton book don't tell me **** other then how to adjust the steering.

Pull the tape center to center (or some defining spot in the tread on the tire) halfway up the tire in front of it and behind it, the front measurment should be about 1/4" less than that of the rearside measurement. Clear as mud?
