Default Airbag codes

I had airbag code 32 so I replaced the clock spring and still no horn, cruise(I know a recall) or airbag. There is a new code now 45 which I know is radiator sensor. How do I go about fixing this? Also my horn relay now clicks and it didn't before. The previous owner bypassed the problem simply by adding another button for the horn. How can I find out if the wiring is still intact for the stock horn buttons and hook them back up?

Code 45 is for drivers side crash sensor. I would inspect the sensor and see if it is all rusted out. Its bolted to the top of the radiator support and drops down behind the grill. Chances are it is rusted out and needs to be replaced.
