Default Advice on camshafts

I have a 89 F150 300 inline 6. It was used back in the day to haul tractors around, and as a farm truck. From the looks internally of the engine it was never maintenance very well if at all lol. Now I have a question please no rude comments. I'm looking to add a little more power to it and was wondering if I can get some recommendations of a more powerful camshaft that will work in the cast iron block. Here is what I found on Summit Racing:

I would PM Fordtrucknut and get him to comment on it. I believe he's done some cam work with the 4.9.
