adjustable ball joints

Does anyone have those ball joints to adjust your camber? if so what do they look like installed? im asking cuz I think I might have them already on my truck..

They are adjustible cams that the upper is located at I have them in my truck but it not enough for me to get every thing back in spec cuz my truck is leveled.
