Default Add-A-Leaf Kits

Does anybody know if the add-a-leaf kits actually add payload capacity?
I have seen one here:
http://www.fatbobsgarage.com/cart/pr...04-37-179.html

It mentions that it will bring the "sagging" rear-end up a little higher than stock. But it does not mention if it helps with extra payload capacity.

Thanks!

it should help a little, but your rear end is still limited by the manufacturer for a certain load carrying capacity. you'll probably notice a more level stance of your truck, instead of your rear squatting under load.

That's what I wanted to know. I understand that Ford would have a certain "rating" for how much weight the truck can handle, but I would like the rear to not dip quite so low while doing it!
